CMI holds monthly network meetings near its headquarters in Boca Raton. These meetings welcome CMI ministers, their spouses, and those interested in CMI and its ministry. Meetings include updates, sharing of ministry items and opportunities as well as fellowship and prayer. It’s always a great time for the ministers to gather. You are welcome to attend these meetings for information, edifying and encouragement. For more information, you can contact Rev. Ralph Giachetti at ralph@cmifellowship.org or 561-322-0002.
In April, Rev. Jorge Lopez, our Central and South American Regional Director, traveled to Costa Rica where he ministered the Word of God in different cities. Many were blessed and touched by God during those awe-inspiring days.
The vision of CMI, in conjunction with “Answer the Call”, was shared during a special lunch with key leaders of the region. Pastors Domingo Pilarte, Jorge Luis Soto, Mike Caraballo, Pr. Jorge Lopez and their wives discussed strategies to propagate the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
On the first night of the crusade in Rio Jimenez, there were 65 salvations and many were filled with the Holy Spirit. Many also testified of God’s healing power.
Rev. Lopez ministered at two Sunday services at Iglesia Ciudad de Bendicion (City of Blessings Church) in the city of Heredia. That morning the Lord moved and 42 lives surrendered to Christ’s loving grace. That same afternoon in Santa Barbara, 1,600 youth gathered to hear a life-altering message. There, Rev. Jorge ministered with Mike Caraballo’s praise and worship group, a dynamic band whose mission is to usher God’s presence through prophetic worship and music. Mike Carballo and band, Generación de Adoradores, are now a part of CMI and will be joining forces in future crusades. More than 200 youth came to the feet of Jesus and many were motivated to make a change in their cities. The power of God was evident that night.
The day before leaving Costa Rica, Rev. Jorge traveled to Miramar located in the North part of the country to bring a word to the local church. The congregation experience a refreshing of the Holy Spirit through worship and 38 people gave their lives to Christ.
Iglesia Manantial de Vida (River of Life Church) in the city of Esparza, led by Pastor Jorge Luis Soto, was the last church Pastor Jorge preached at before coming back home to Florida. That night, the presence of God was supernaturally manifested and 45 people accepted the free gift of salvation. Rev. Soto has a special anointing over his life. He has offered his full support for all CMI future plans in Costa Rica.
